Dilute Sulphuric Acid for Lead-acid Storage Batteries is supplied in aqueous solution with different concentrations ranging from 62.5% H2SO4 (50°Bè) to 20% H2SO4 (18°Bè). Acid of any desired concentration may be produced if requested. It is a synthesized acid with an high degree of purity which is underlined by the fact that it contains metals, in particular iron, manganese, vanadium, nickel and chromium, in small quantities.

USES

It has widely varied uses and plays some part in the production of nearly all manufactured chemical. For example:
